Julio Gurman has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ponce De Leon Federal Bank since 1994. Mr. Gurman is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Ponce Bank, Ponce Bank Mutual Holding Company, and Ponce Financial Group, Inc.
Mr. Gurman is an investor in and manager of commercial and residential real estate properties in the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Gurman is a co-investor/manager of the same 13 properties as Mr. Feldman.
